As a consumer, if you buy the highest rated cards, the likelihood of you being satisfied increases greatly, because you know that other customers
are coming back to buy the same quality calling card once they have tried it.
Here is how it works: If an international calling card has earned a Customer Popularity Rating
of 1.5, that means that while many customers might buy the calling card once
because of the phone card poster or the announced minutes; few customers come back and buy the same card again. A rating of 1.5 means that for every 10 customers who buy this card, they buy a total
of only 15 cards. On the other hand if the rating is 5.6, that means that 10 customers bought 56 of the same card. Repeat customers mean the product is good!
