How do I actually use a prepaid calling card?
You would normally dial an access(toll free) number. You will then be prompted for your PIN number which you key into your phone.
The Calling card will inform you of your remaining balance and ask you to dial your phone number.

How long dows it take before I receive my PIN Number?
You would normally receive your PIN Number within about 30 seconds, but sometimes due to external circumstances, such as
the amount of traffic on your email provider, it may take a bit longer. If you do not receive your PIN number within 15 minutes of your approval,
login in to your account and click on retrieve lost PIN.

Will my calling card rates change?
Most service providers of phone cards reserve the right to change their rates without prior notice. HelloCallingCards.com updates
the rate tables if and when we receive the new rates from our service providers. If you want to be updated on the latest rates for a particular card, please
call the customer service number of that calling card. There is no guarantee that the rates will remain the same, but rates changes are not that frequent.
If you buy a phone card and find out there is a rate change. Please do not use the card and contact us so we may correct the problem.

What are communication fees and maintenance fees?
Most cards have some sort of communication fees and/or maintenance fees.
Communication fees could be as high as %25 and gets calculated once the call is over. Lets say Card X has a %20 communication fees
and 12¢ per minute rate. You make a 30 minutes call, to calculate the communications fees:
First we find how much the 30 minutes cost:
30 minutes * 12¢ = $3.60
Then we find the communication fee for the the call:
$3.60 * %20 = 72¢
Total Cost for 30 minutes call is:
$3.60 + 72¢ = $4.32
Now for the easy one, Maintenance fees, Different cards have different maintenance fees, while some would have 49¢ weekly fees, other would have 69¢

Can I recharge my card?
No. HelloCallingCards.com offers only prepaid calling cards, meaning you pay in advance for your minutes. Once you have used up all of your minutes, you will need to purchase another card.

Are there any hidden fees?
HelloCallingCards.com is a reseller. We do not manufacture the calling cards ourselves. We try to find the best calling cards on the market
today and then present them to you. Different service providers have different rates and fees for their calling cards. We list all the possible fees -if any- that you may encounter, so please check the cards
carefully and find the best card that suits your calling need. If you make long duration calls for example, you might want to find a card that has a connection fee and offers alot of minutes. On the other hand if you make short
duration calls then a card with no connection fee might be your best bet.

Will a prepaid phone card expire?
Prepaid calling cards differ in their expiration day. Most will expire 3-6 months after its initial use.

How is usage calculated?
Usage is based on the increments of your specific calling card. While most cards offer one-minute increments(round ups), other cards will increment in two-minutes or
