2/25/2008 - In December 2007 the Hello Asia phone card from Oblio Telecom
stopped working. Because the Hello Asia calling card was our biggest
seller, this caused our customers a considerable amount of inconvenience.
Hello Calling Cards did refund thousands of dollars to our customers who
purchased Oblio Telecom products in December 2007. Unfortunately, we have
not been reimbursed for any of these deactivated products. We do not
really know why Oblio Telecom shut off their cards, but their lawyer told me
that the parent company has made some kind of deal with Smartalk, and they will
soon issue phone cards again. So far, I have not even been able to get
Oblio Telecom to answer my phone calls. We can only hope for the bestIn
the meantime I have busily searched out the 10 best Philippines phone cards that
I could find for our Philippines customers to try.
